Am using iPhone 6. Remote Features is my interest for starting engine AND air conditioning. Have successfully locked auto, started engine and thought the a/c would be "on" per cellphone display. What I find is; engine running and fan running, but not the a/c compressor. Fan blowing ambient temp air. Tried process three times past week. Result is ambient (hot) air, no cooling. Ideas?

The only thing I can think of is some sort of issue with the app and vehicle link which would be a software/programming issue on their end opposed to yours. Have you tried contacting the dealer and see what they say about it?

Is the temperature switched on in the bluelink panel before you push the remote start?

Most recent use; Cold evening. Genesis app in iPhone - started engine at set Heat. All was OK. Happy camper.
