G'day all,

By way of introduction, we (that is, the Wife and me) owned a 2007 Santa Fe "Elite" diesel until very recently, until we sold it after 280,000kM and purchased a 2014 Genesis that I think is a GDi / G380.

While its build-date is 2014, it was first registered in August 2016, and currently has travelled just 13,000Km (8,000 miles). So far, we're very happy with the car, but I've joined this Site to in the first instance find out what model it is? So I'll head off to an appropriate Forum and ask a few pertinent questions.

Welcome to the forum Neal and congrats on your G80! I have a feeling we'll be seeing a lot of Hyundai owners making a similar move, especially with the high praise the new models have been receiving.

I think its good you didn't buy a completely new G80 because very soon a next generation version will be among us thus reducing the value of outgoing models.
