My name is Jack Kim. I live in North Central Massachusetts. I am originally from South Korea. I am so proud that my countrymen made a great car. I’m ashamed that the dealer support closest to me is an absolute farce.
don’t mean to rant but it’s such a perfect car, I don’t know how Genesis can allow the connected services and a list of other things that need to be done because they can’t provide a loaner.
I run a limo company. As part of my job I drive a lot of high-end cars. There is no question, Genesis is the best made car in the world right now.
