The wireless service provider for your Genesis Connected Service device will discontinue the 3G network service on December 31, 2022. Since your vehicle requires a 3G cellular network to connect, this change will affect your services. Genesis does not or will not have an alternative option or an upgrade available. The possibility of this occurring is in the Terms and Conditions for Genesis Connected Services and the discontinuation of the network is outside of Genesis’s control. We apologize for any frustrations this may cause, we know this is not an ideal situation.
For additional information, including options to continue your services for the remainder of the year or cancellation requests, please call us at (844) 340-9741, option 2, so we may assist you further.

Key words I noted; "Genesis does not or will not have an alternative option or an upgrade available." In short, my 2017 G80 systems no longer have interest. I intend to contact the 844# in days ahead and will convey observations on this page. Also, my paid subscriptions are through February, 2023. Two months x 3 subs will need to be refunded, ehh?
