In cars this kind of notification is based upon swerving detection. The cars sensors are under the impression that you may be tired behind the wheel and are suggesting you rest.
I have this notice also. It comes on when I wear my sunglasses!! Can you turn off the notice?
I believe some of these systems take time to learn about your behaviors.
If true in the G80 then you might have to be patient throughout your cars learning curve.
