For the 2018 model year, the entry level G80 saw a small price bump of $375 to $42,725 apiece (including $975 destination). Powering the rear-drive sedan is a 3.8-liter V-6 engine, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission it sends 311 hp and 293 lb-ft of torque to the G80's redesigned 18-inch alloy wheels.

It also comes with a large range of standard features including HID headlights with LED daytime running lights, 8.0-inch infotainment screen with navigation and Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, heated front seats, leather upholstery, dual-zone climate control, and more. Of course they've also included standard active safety and driver assist technology.

One step up is the G80 Sport with a 365-hp twin-turbo 3.3-liter V-6 engine, rear-wheel-drive setup and a $56,225 price tag. To match its Sport badge, this trim is equipped with upgraded rear brake rotors, retuned dampers, tinted taillights, quad tailpipes, a set of multispoke 19-inch wheels and the front facia gets a unique grille design. For an extra $2500, you can get the G80 Sport with all-wheel drive.

Sitting at the top is the $57,975 G80 Ultimate with a 5.0-liter GDI V-8 engine, cranking out 420 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission sends all that power to the rear wheels, but HTRAC all-wheel-drive system is available for all trim levels including this one.

In their latest press release, Genesis said the G80 Sport is set to arrive in dealerships next month.
