My Samsung S9 system was recently upgraded automatically and now I cannot use my G80 Sport Bluetooth to make calls using the phone.

The phone works with other paired Bluetooth devices (Jabra, etc) inside and out of the car.

The car display shows that the phone is paired yet each time I dial a number, via the phone ot using voice command, it promptly disconnects the call.

Any advice? :surprise:

First step would probably be to unpair and remove your phone from the connected devices screen (forget). You can also try clearing the Bluetooth app cache on your phone. Any idea if your car is running the latest software as well?

Sounds like some sort of bug with your latest update. It could be either an issue with the new update itself or something went awry during the install. Unfortunately I don't think there is any way to rollback firmware.
