Genesis G80 Sport Pricing

The Genesis G80 Sport pricing will start from $55,250 in the United States

Obvious exterior styling changes with aero from back to front along with some 19" alloy wheels that have a dark-chrome finish.

Interior gets some leather sports seats, carbon fiber trim, and a black microfiber suede headliner. Throw in some alloy pedals and sport steering wheel with contrasting stitching to top it off and it's gonna be real nice, thankfully, it comes with it.

3.3L V6 turbo that produces 365hp and 376lb-ft of torque connected to an 8 speed auto transmission. You also have the option for AWD for an extra $2,500.

Besides announcing pricing on the G80 Sport, Genesis revealed the standard model will receive a number of minor styling tweaks for the 2018 model year. Highlights include modified bumpers, a revised grille, and restyled 18-inch alloy wheels.

Bigger changes occur in the cabin as the analog clock, rearview mirror, and front console tray have all been updated. Elsewhere, there are new speaker grille covers, an additional USB charging port, and an upgraded Lexicon audio system.

Tech updates include a newly optional wireless smartphone charger and an improved infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. Last but not least, there are several new standard safety features and an analog fuel gauge which replaces the previous digital unit.

Pricing is reasonable but the tough part is going to be with people open to buying 1-2 year old vehicles since that's where the most value can be had. On top of that once you have warranty and all the coverage you need just about anything within the same price range is 1:1

Definitely. But one thing I'm happy about with this one is that they took a good approach to really differentiating the sport. They did a pretty bang on job with the interior

I'm glad you noticed that because those seats are part of what I noticed being sporty. Being a big vehicle one of the few things easy to make sporty are seats when it comes to looks and feel. Genesis Coupe always had nice seats, hopefully these achieve the same effect.

For sure, it was the main thing that stood out to me while I was browsing the photos. It's sad to see when manufacturers build a "sport" model and they just add some exterior accents, new wheels, and maybe... maybe some interior stitching contrast colors.
